Delete Account and Data Request
Users can request deletion of their Champaran Connect account and associated personal data using the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@eastchamparan.com.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include the mobile number or account details used in the app.
- If needed, the team may ask for a basic verification step before deletion is processed.
What will be deleted
- Account profile information associated with the request
- Stored preferences tied to that account where applicable
- Personally identifiable user data that is not required to be retained for legal or security reasons
What may be retained
- Security, fraud-prevention or moderation records where reasonably necessary
- Limited server logs kept for operational integrity and legal compliance
- Aggregated or fully anonymized analytics that cannot identify a person
Processing time
The team aims to review verified deletion requests within 7 business days, although exact timing may vary depending on verification and operational load.
